The living-dining room, divided on two levels, is spacious and cosy. There are three double bedrooms, one with a trundle bed and the other two with double beds, the master bedroom with sea views and direct access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms equipped with shower trays, and the kitchen, totally refurbished in 2024, has top quality appliances.

The aluminium frames and parquet flooring add a touch of sophistication. The community is ideal for families, with a lift and 24-hour concierge service during the summer. It also has parking in the same building and free wifi internet. This flat is the perfect choice for a family holiday in the heart of the Costa Brava.
