This year, 2026, marks 10 years since Finques Riart began supporting Sallés Hotels’ Nit Solidària, a charity event that year after year helps promote research into childhood cancer. It is a milestone we are particularly pleased to celebrate and one that reflects our ongoing commitment to this cause.

This Friday, 2 October, Hotel Mas Tapiolas hosted the XII Nit Solidària, once again bringing together companies, institutions and individuals committed to a common cause. The funds raised will go towards research into osteosarcoma, the most common bone cancer in children and adolescents, through a project led by the Sant Joan de Déu Research Institute and the Barcelona Biomedical Research Institute.

This research is supported by Polseres Candela, a charitable movement that was born from the story of Candela, a young girl with leukaemia who began making bracelets to raise funds for childhood cancer research.

This year, the XII Nit Solidària brought together 340 attendees and raised €79,000. Since its beginnings, the Nit Solidària has raised more than €425,000, a figure that highlights the scope of this initiative and the strength of the commitment shown by all the individuals, companies and institutions who take part.

A commitment that grows through collaboration

Finques Riart was represented by our CEO, Elena Riart, who this year shared the evening with Esther Torrent, CEO of Torrent. For the second consecutive year, the two companies have joined forces under the Ceigrup brand, strengthening our shared commitment to this cause.

Ceigrup’s commitment to the fight against cancer also continues this weekend at Oncotrail 2026, where, once again, we are taking part as sponsors of the Forassenyats team.

For us, being part of these initiatives year after year is a way of contributing to projects that help advance research and bring hope to children and their families.
