Artificial Intelligence enables tourism companies to analyze large volumes of data, make intelligent decisions and personalize travelers' experiences, all with the aim of improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Tourism promotion is a very important element of destination management.
The training on the Tourism Quality Plan in Destination (SICTED), was given by Dr. José Antonio Donaire, professor of tourism at the University of Girona and took place at l'Espai Peix in Palamós.
The session offered attendees an introductory overview of the possible applications of artificial intelligence to the generation of promotional content for destinations.
The content was structured in five parts:

- The creation of supporting images with AI
- Noise reduction
- AI and social networks
