Ceigrup celebrates its 30th anniversary with a growth plan that reaches 20 offices in the network

Ceigrup Real Estate, created in 1990 by three entrepreneurs of the sector: José Company, Antoni Riart and Lluís Torrent, celebrates this year its 30th anniversary with a growth plan that has already reached 12 real estate agencies, with 20 offices in the Girona region and consolidated as a reference real estate network. Last year four new incorporations were added: Cubus Inmobiliaria Olot from Olot; Salvadó & Gubert from Palamós; Xavier Sureda from Santa Cristina de Aro; and Gran Valle Servicios Inmobiliarios from Puigcerdà, and has started its new strategic plan which is part of a medium and long term expansion plan with the aim of strengthening its position in the sector in Catalonia. The other real estate companies are Finques Company; Finques Riart; Torrent API; Finques Collell Riera; Ceigrup Blanes; Caldes.CAT Ceigrup; Agencia Port de la Selva; and habitaré.

Last year Ceigrup carried out 609 purchase and sale operations, representing a volume of 86 million euros. The group has 184 employees and manages 953 neighbourhood associations. Among the objectives of the strategic plan is the creation of a central purchasing office and increased support for members, as well as making complementary services available to the offices. It also aims to unify business processes and plan an annual training plan. The plan envisages drawing up a roadmap for the rest of Catalonia.

The 20 offices are located in Blanes, Caldes de Malavella, Sant Antoni de Calonge, Palamós, Playa de Aro, Santa Cristina de Aro, Sant Feliu de Guixols, S'agaro, Torroella de Montgrí, Llançà, Pals, L'Escala , Port de la Selva, Roses, L'Estartit, Figueres, Girona, Banyoles, Olot and Puigcerdà.

The second generation, led by Joan and Josep Company, Esther Torrent and Elena Riart has given the brand a new boost. In order to achieve the new challenges, Ceigrup has hired Eva Garcès who occupies, from May 2019, the figure of Coordination of the network. Garcès has a degree in psychology and an MBA from Esade and is a founding partner of the HR consultancy Mendips Talent Development with an office in Calonge.

According to its managers, "Ceigrup Inmobiliarias will continue working to achieve its growth objective, always with real estate professionals who are characterized by rigor, quality customer service and a long and recognized professional career".
