There is also a washing machine, located in the laundry area next to the kitchen. The flat includes a full bathroom with bathtub and a guest toilet with WC and washbasin, providing the necessary comfort for day-to-day living.

In the building's underground garage, the property has a small-medium sized parking space and a practical storage room that offers additional space for storing belongings, suitcases, beach accessories, etc. and bicycles.

This building does not have a lift; however, it does have other interesting facilities such as outdoor parking spaces, which are delimited by lines on the ground and each one with an anti-parking bollard. Each dwelling or premises is entitled to an identification card and if there are spaces available without parked vehicles, tenants will have the possibility to park in 1 of these outdoor spaces, always showing this card inside the vehicle.
